Our first Freedom Grove is on the grounds of Salisbury Middle School in Salisbury, Maryland. The first planting took place on Friday, April 25th. Both Earth Day and Arbor Day are celebrated in April. Click here for pictures from the ceremony.

Our second Freedom Grove is located on Rt. 13 south across from the Centre at Salisbury. Planting took place on Wednesday, October 29. Click here for pictures from the planting.
Update: We've recently added topsoil, grass seed and mulch to our largest grove so far. We've also staked some of the trees that had gotten top heavy and started to lean as well as replacing a couple trees that died.

Our third Freedom Grove is located on Route 50 and Beaglin Park Drive in Salisbury. 46 trees were planted on the morning of December 8, 2004. Click here for pictures from the planting.
